Still, Collins admits that the 'one romantic decision' she ever made (moving to Paris) 'bit' her 'in the a**' after spending her 'entire life' being 'practical.'
According to the show's official synopsis, 'Emily finds herself at a crucial crossroads in every aspect of her life' one year after moving from Chicago to Paris for her dream job.
This season she will 'have to decide exactly where her loyalties lie — at work and in her romantic life — and what those decisions mean for her future in France, all while continuing to immerse herself in the adventures and surprising twists and turns that life in Paris provides.'
It comes after season two of the show left fans on the edge of their seats with the cliffhanger of whether the actress's eponymous character will stay in the City of Love or head home to the US - and which love interest she'll end up with.
'Oh God, no!' she responds, before, heading to a French class, where she is asked to translate a passage that read: 'Not choosing is still choosing'
Love triangle: An unseen voice later asks: 'It’s not either or. Are we really here to just love one person?'
Season two saw Alfie admit that he's heading back to the UK after some time in Paris - hoping to keep the romance alive long-distance.
But things weren't so straight forward for the couple, following a messy love triangle between Emily, her neighbor Gabriel and his girlfriend, Camille - who is one of Emily's best friends.
And as one of the teaser snaps shows Emily seemingly getting close to Alfie during season three, fans are now left curious for an update on which suitor the main character will end up with.
'We always talk about work-life balance, right now I'm all about life,' Collins told her friends while sipping champagne in a green and white gingham bikini
